Our Team
The Restore Team comprises of 7 part-time staff, who work core hours 9.30am-2.30pm Monday-Thursday, and an amazing team of over 35 volunteers who give in excess of 100 hours a week to run all the projects!

Anya Willis
CHARITY DIRECTOR
Anya brings vision, and direction to identify emerging local needs and develops effective responses. Anya fosters partnerships within the Third Sector, connecting with like-minded individuals who are passionate about revitalising communities.

Ruth Wykes
TEAM MANAGER
Ruth oversees the team and day-to-day running of our projects, helping the teams to thrive in their different roles.

Laura Baker
FAMILY SUPPORT
Laura is present in multiple projects, supporting families to access services and working individually to address a wide range of needs. Laura & Hannah Co-lead the Parenting Course, and from that also give 1:1 support around parenting and the many joys and challenges that brings.

Naomi Cox
WELLBEING COORDINATOR
Naomi coordinators the projects at Restore that seek to support and improve health and wellbeing. She is involved with the Allotment and The Hub and is establishing a new Wellbeing Stream within Restore. Naomi will lead THE WELL, launching Jan 2025

Amber Hill
GROWBABY COORDINATOR
Amber provides support across all projects and services at Re:store. The flexible post means she is present in many activities across the week, including community groups and supporting the Re:store offices.

Hannah Lantsbery
FAMILY CONNECTOR
Hannah supports across our family projects, and takes a lead on Family Nest & Family Hub. She connects with families, offers general support and enables those engaging with Restore to connect with other services in the local community. Hannah & Laura co-lead the Parenting Course.

Deborah Hicks
FUNDING & ENGAGEMENT
Deborah is responsible for managing all funding, fundraising and donations for Restore. She links with businesses and organisations and engages with the wider community, through public speaking and media opportunities to promote and represent the charity.

ADMINISTRATION & SUPPORT
Restore is currently seeking a part-time Admin & Support Assistant who can work with the team, donors, public and guests to ensure the smooth running of the charity and manage external communications.
