Communications Administrator

PAY & BENEFITS
24,570 per annum, pro-rata. (Gross Pay, £15,725 p/a)

DESCRIPTION OF ORGANISATION

OVERVIEW OF ROLE

The Communications Administrator is central to the team, and really facilitates smooth running of all projects and additional events or training opportunities so team work and good organisational skills are essential. The role is varied and dynamic, leaning towards customer service with a strong focus on communications with the public, volunteers, donors and referral agencies, and guests. The ideal candidate will have great inter-personal communication skills, with digital competence and confidence in working independently. 

The position would also incorporate some marketing, publicity and social media engagement, working alongside the Funding & Engagement Officer to improve the public profile of the charity, so digital competence and communication skills would be essential. Training can be offered around marketing/social media.
